After being harvested, almonds are transported, hulled, and cleaned at our Coalinga Facility. Almonds are then sorted and packed in accordance to customer specification and to FDA's Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
All units are labeled with product name, allergen declaration,
processor name, address, weight, kosher symbol,
date of manufacture, date of expiry, and lot number.
